The Burlington Police Department arrested 26-year-old Jonathan Harian for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, yesterday (Wednesday) at 8:06 in the evening. He was transported to the Des Moines County Jail and held on a $5000 cash bond. His preliminary hearing will be November 2nd in Des Moines County District Court.
Terrance Clopton
34-year-old Terrance Clopton has had an additional charge added after his arrest on Tuesday for charges including possession of a firearm by a felon. Clopton is now accused of a violation of his probation. A warrant was served by the Des Moines County Sheriff’s office yesterday. The new charge carries a $2000 bond.
Hannah Green
The Burlington Police Department arrested 31-year-old Hannah Green yesterday at 4:44 in the afternoon on three charges. She is accused of driving while barred, possession of drug paraphernalia and 3rd offense possession of meth. She was taken to the Des Moines County Jail and held on a $5000 bond.
Aswad Sterling
A warrant was served on 22-year-old Aswad Sterling for a violation of his probation. Sterling has a charge of criminal mischief from September 1st, a warrant was issued for his arrest on the 22nd. He was taken into custody by the High-Risk Unit at 5:03 yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon and held on a $25,000 bond.
